Hinged lip loading Dock Levelers, are designed for loading and unloading job in warehouse loading docks. It has ramp plate to lift up and down under hydraulic motor driving. At the front, there is a movable lip to be connected with ramp plate with flexible hinges. When working, the hinged lip can move up and fall onto the lorry truck floor to make a bridge for forklifts or pallet trolley. After loading job finished, the front hinged lip to retract from the lorry along with Dock Leveler platform plate.

Each hinged lip Loading Dock Leveler will have one main cylinder and one secondary cylinder. When operated, hydraulic motor will pump hydraulic oil through oil pipe to generate force onto cylinders. Main cylinder will lift up dock leveler body up to the top position. Then secondary cylinder will act to lift up front lip. When release operation button, whole dock leveler will fall gradually down to the lorry and lay on the lorry floor with dock leveler lip.
