Hydraulic loading Dock Leveller make it possible for fast and efficient loading and unloading job in warehouse loading dock. It can fit for different size of lorry or trucks and form a bridge between warehouse floor and truck container floor. Forklifts or pallet trolley moves in and out of container easily. In warehouse with loading docks, the floor level is normally 1100-1300mm from outside ground level. Trucks or lorry floor height may vary from 1000mm to 1500mm in most cases. So the difference of height between them is around 100 to 400mm. With a hydraulic loading dock leveller, it can go up or get down to join with truck floor.

Hydraulic loading dock leveller includes several major parts, listed as below:
Platform: It will be a ramp for forklifts and pallet trolley driving on.
Lip: Hinged with platform and movable to join with truck or lorry floor.
Side protection plate: To protect workers' foot and hand when Dock Leveler lift up.
Hydraulic motor: Generate force to cylinder.
Cylinder: Stretch to lift platform and lip up under hydraulic force.
Side seal rubber: To eliminate gaps at two sides and reduce dust getting into dock leveler.
