Inside it is a welding robot to conduct Arc welding, Laser welding, MIG welding or TIG welding. Kenvo develop PVC rapid roll up doors tailor made for all kinds of welding cells. The fast acting doors curtain is with welding arc flash resistant window, to protect workers from welding arc flash. And High Speed Doors can interact signals with robot welding PLC to realize full automated production process. From Raw material feeding, Welding process, until Finished material getting out, the whole production procedure can go on automatically.

How to operate the door ?

① Control buttons：Workers can operate the door by hands to open, close and stop it with nearby control buttons.

② Automated PLC control: Our door controller already prepare several input and output signal terminals. It can be directly connected with total control system of Robotic Welding Cells , namely SIEMENS PLC or any other brand of PLC. The PLC can give signal to the door, to let it open or close. And at the same time, our PVC rapid rolling doors can give feedback signals of open-finished and close-finished to the PLC. All the signal terminals are voltage free dry contact. So it is easy to make such direct wire connection.

Is the door safe for people and vehicles ?

We equip every PVC rapid rolling door with safety protection devices :

1. Safety photo cell: When light beam is blocked, it will give signal to the door controller, and let the door stop or run up.

2. Bottom safety edge sensor: Soft seal rubber at the bottom is inbuilt with pressure senso. When the door touches something under it, the sensor will give signal to the controller, and let the door stop or run up.

3. Alarm lamp: When door running, the alarm lamp will get on and give out flashing light to warn nearby people.
