Vertical storing Dock Levelers are a special type of hydraulic dock levelers for warehouse loading docks. It has unique advantages compared with regular pit fixed dock levelers.
1. When there is no loading job, vertical storing dock levelers will retreat into warehouse. So overhead dock doors will be able to close completely to the ground floor. There will be no any gap between inside and outside of warehouse, which exists in regular dock levelers. Thus, vertical storing Dock Leveler can reduce heat transmission and help keep temperature inside warehouse. It can save energy for users.
