How to operate High Speed Doors ?
1. Standard operation method:
① Control buttons：Workers can operate the door by hands to open, close and stop it with nearby control buttons.
② Automated total control: Our door controller already prepare several input and output signal terminals. It can be directly connected with total control system of total controller of Automated Guided Vehicle system , namely SIEMENS PLC or any other similar control units. The PLC can give signal to the door, to let it open or close. And at the same time, our PVC rapid rolling doors can give feedback signals of open-finished and close-finished to the PLC. All the signal terminals are voltage free dry contact. So it is easy to make such direct wire connection.
2. Additional operation method for options:
1. Remote control; 2. Auto motion sensor; 3. Vehicle loop detector; 4. Pull-cord switch.
(For AGV, the mostly used choice is auto motion sensor or vehicle loop detector. When AGV comes near the door, the sensor will automatically detect it and open itself. After AGV passes, the door will close automatically. )
Is the door safe for people and automated guided vehicles ?
We equip every PVC rapid rolling door with safety protection devices :
1. Safety photo cell: When light beam is blocked, it will give signal to the door controller, and let the door stop or run up.
2. Bottom safety edge sensor: Soft seal rubber at the bottom is inbuilt with pressure senso. When the door touches something under it, the sensor will give signal to the controller, and let the door stop or run up.
3. Alarm lamp: When door running, the alarm lamp will get on and give out flashing light to warn nearby people.
