Interlocking clean room steel door

Interlocking clean room steel doors are needed in buffer area which connects outside and inside clean room. Such corridor or passage acts as a separation between clean area and regular area, as a protection. It can be interlocking between two or three nearby Clean Room Doors. If one door is open, another Clean Room Doors will be locked by electric lock. So at any time at least one clean room steel door is closed. This will avoid contamination from outside dust and air, to keep high clean level inside the pharmaceutical or food factory. 

In pharmaceutical or food factory, there are two kinds of cases when using interlocking Cleanroom Doors.

1. Two door interlocking;  2. Three door interlocking.

There will be a total controller and separate electric locks on each door leaf. Once a door is open, the controller will send a signal to get another door lock power on. People will can not open the locked door. Until the first door is closed, the signal will be changed, to release the second Clean Room Doors electric lock.

1. Controller: with inbuilt interlocking program, and supply DC powder supply for electric lock.

2. Electric lock: inserted in the door leaf. When activated, inside lock bar will get out into holes on the frame to lock the door.

3. Indicator: with LED lights of red and green color to inform people.
