With a manual hoist chain beside it, it can be easily lifted up by hand. At the top, it has a balance spring system to balance the weight of door panel. Manual hoist chain and Manual handle Every door has two manual opening device for: 1. Manual hoist chain: from top drive axis to 1.5m above floor, people can easily reach it and use it to move the door up and down. 2. Manual handle: at both inside and outside surface of bottom door panel, there is plastic manual handle. Worker can easily and quickly lift door up and down. |

There is torsion spring balance system around the drive rod of manual overhead sectional door. After spring tightened, it can balance the weight of the door body and reduce the load weight when manually moving up the door. | |

Door panel is sandwich structure. Total thickness: 40mm. Two surface layer is 0.326mm galvanized steel plate. Middle is filled with high density fire ratardant polyurethane foam. Foam Density: 12---14kg/m2.
At the joint area, there is a special cold-bridge design, to avoid direct heat conduction through surface steel sheet. Thermal insulation ratio: 4.5W/m. h. For this reason, such door is widely seen in cold rooms and warehouses. |
