Insulated Steel Roller Shutter Doors are premium quality rolling doors. Mostly seen Automatic Roller Shutter Door is single skin steel slat curtain, without any insulation performance. And you may also see some insulated Aluminum Roller Shutter Doors. But aluminum material is light and soft compared with steel material, so such aluminum door is not high strength. Kenvo develop a special tailor made insulated steel roller shutter door to achieve both high strength and also thermal/noise insulation. It is a combination of advantages of regular steel roller door and insulated aluminum roller door. 

1. Thermal insulated+High strength

Double skin steel slat, filled with polyurethane foam inside. It can prevent thermal conduction. So it will keep warm in winter or keep cool in summer inside room. At the same time, it can reduce noise level spreading from outside. 

And with hook lock design, Steel Roller Shutter Doors has perfect strength to resist strong wind pressure.

2. Good airtightness

At two sides of Metal Roller Shutter, the side track is sealed with seal brush.  (Below left picture)

At the bottom, EPDM weather seal rubber of soft material is fixed to touch with ground floor.  (Below right picture)

3. Advanced driving motor

Self limit control device inside motor set controls running of doors precisely; Overload-protection program will stop motor from running when there is jamming or overheating, to protect automatic steel roll up doors and avoid damages.

4. Rust-proof

Every automatic steel roll up door door is supplied with one control button box and two remote controls for daily use. The button box is fixed on the wall beside the electric steel roll up door, and with three control buttons UP, STOP and DOWN.  The remote control can be used to operate the steel roll up door from a distance within 100m. 

When power failure happens, you can easily open or close automatic steel roll up door with a manual hoist chain which is connected its motor. 

The surface of automatic steel roll up door is powder coated in color. Standard white color is a safe color to fit for most buildings.  If you want a special color to decorate, we can customize various colors for you.
