Clean Room High Speed Doors

For industry of pharmaceutical, electronics, food and laboratory, clean rooms are strictly required  to be dust-free and keep room air pressure level. In clean room projects, the mostly used automatic doors are ordinary PVC High Speed Roll Up Doors which are not specially designed or modified for clean room standards. Thus such regular Rapid Roller Doors will have some hidden adverse effects for maintaining clean room level, which are not seen by clean room builders and users.

All-around 360° airtight seal, at two sides, top and bottom.  It can effectively isolate air circulation and maintain air pressure between different clean rooms. And also minimize the air flow volume needed to save cost.

	1. Two sides Side track is zipper structure. Curtain is jointed with PE plastic  groove through movable soft PU strip,achieving zero-gap seal at two sides.
2. Top A full-length D-shape seal is used to eliminate gap between door backward and top lintel. The D-shape is made from soft PVC curtain, flexible touching with door surface to close thegap, and with long work life even after frequent friction.
	3. Bottom Soft bottom balance weight, touching ground floor more  flexible and tight

	1. Top cover Top cover  made into circular arc shape, no any rectangular corner, making it dust-proof and easy-to-clean.
2. Side rails Side track is in round arc shape. And surface cover is joined with main profile by clip, no need any screws. This make whole surface of side rail smooth, , making it dust-proof and easy-to-clean.
	3. Fabric curtain Smooth pure plane curtain, no aluminum bars as seen in regular rapid doors, eliminating corners and joints to reduce dust detention.
4. Inbuilt motor Motor is hidden inbuilt in top roller tube, no exposed motor cover, reducing dust-detention areas.
	5. Inbuilt safety photo sensor Safety photo sensor is hidden inbuilt in side tracks, rather than fixed outside with exposed cover at the front, reducing dust-detention areas.

Top hood cover and side tracks are all made from anodized treated aluminum profile.
